We currently are working on an 80,000sqft mixed use condominium conversion project located in the Baltimore, Maryland area. The site has great potential and we are in the process of doing our due diligence to ensure that once we commit to the project that we will have everything in place. We are looking for investors looking for a solid project to give a nice return on their investment, but we also are willing to discuss a possible equity position as well.
